Neem Karoli Baba’s life was not filled with rituals or rigid systems. It was rooted in love, simplicity, and service. Yet, those who lived close to him observed subtle spiritual habits — a way of being that brought inner silence, outer compassion, and deep alignment with God.

Here’s a gentle, flexible daily routine inspired by Neem Karoli Baba to help you bring more grace, calm, and devotion into your life.

🌞 Morning: Begin with Gratitude and Name

1. Wake up with “Ram Ram”

As soon as you open your eyes, chant “Ram Ram” three times. This sets a spiritual tone before the mind can wander.

2. Offer the Day to God

Mentally bow to Maharaj-ji and say, “Sab kuch aapka hai, Maharaj-ji (All is yours, Maharaj-ji).”

3. Light a Diya or Incense

Create a sacred moment at your home altar or near Baba’s photo.

4. Chant or Read Hanuman Chalisa

Neem Karoli Baba often encouraged chanting Hanuman Chalisa for strength, protection, and clearing the mind.

5. Sit in Silence for 5–10 Minutes

Focus on the breath or silently repeat “Ram Ram.” Even a few minutes brings stillness and grounding.

Meditation

🌿 Midday: Serve Where You Are

1. Do Seva (Service) with Love

Whether you’re working, caring for family, or cooking — treat it as seva.

Baba Ka Bhandara

Work is worship. Feeding others is feeding God.” — Maharaj-ji

2. Remind Yourself: “I do nothing”

Say silently: “Sab Ram ka khel hai (All is Ram’s play).” Let go of ego.

3. Short Break for Reflection

Take 2–3 minutes in the afternoon to sit, breathe, or whisper Baba’s name. This calms the nervous system and reconnects you to presence.

🌇 Evening: Surrender and Silence

1. Wash Feet and Light a Diya

Offer the day’s fatigue at Baba’s feet. Light a small diya or lamp.

2. Play Bhajans or Kirtan

Listening to Hanuman Chalisa, Krishna Das, or other bhajans uplifts energy.

3. Write a Line to Baba

Keep a diary and write one thing you’re grateful for or one prayer.

4. Sit for a Final Chant or Meditation

Even 5 minutes of silently chanting “Ram Ram” brings healing.

5. Sleep in Devotion

Before sleeping, mentally bow to Maharaj-ji. Trust he watches over you.
